#WillingWorker

#WillingWorker

Growing up in the church (Church of God in Christ, Church of God Holiness) I learned how to be a “Willing Worker”. This was and still is a term given to a worker for the Lord, a servant of God, and a true spiritual team player in the game (if you will) of winning souls. Those who put their hands to work in the service and outside of the church walls were proud and humbled to offer themselves at no cost really… but only to the gaining of additional workers for/ and the up building of the Kingdom.

The question is, are we willing workers in our daily lives? Willing to reach out in other ways, willing to throw in our expertise and knowledge to help build the fabric of the daily lives of our brothers and sisters…Are we willing to stand up for right? Cry aloud and spare not? Willing to grow our communities, “each one, reach one”…Hmmm, I wonder how many are willing on today.

New American Standard Bible

Matthew 9:37 Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few."  #WillingWorkersAreNeeded

Peace and Blessings,
